The problem of mold problems can be combined in the destruction of molds, defects in wind production and sharpening of molds, which have long plagued the industry. Only the precise points are treated precisely. Stamping production can only be held smoothly.
1 mold obstruction
Mold impediment is the most prone problem in stamping production, which often causes production to stop, affecting the product production cycle. Therefore, it is necessary to find the reason why the mold is obstructed as soon as possible and properly repaired.
1.1 mold damage
Mold failure refers to the cracking, breaking, and opening of the mold. To deal with the problem of mold damage, it is necessary to explore the reason for the planning, manufacturing process and mold utilization of the mold.
It is necessary to check whether the manufacturing materials of the mold are in conformity, and whether the corresponding hot-buried process is appropriate. Usually, the heat treatment penalty process of the mold material has a great influence on it. If the quenching temperature of the mold is too high, the quenching method and time are not appropriate, and the number of tempering and temperature, and the choice between the elbows are not appropriate, the city causes the mold to break into the stamping production. The size or depth of the blanking hole is not enough, so that the slot is easily closed and the blanking plate is damaged. If the spring force planning is too small or the height is not equal, the spring will break and the blanking plate will tilt. This will cause overlapping punching and damage to the parts. The punch is not secure or the screw is not strong enough. It can cause the punch to fall or break.
When the mold is used, the position and orientation of the parts are incorrectly placed or the bolts are not fastened. The height of the matter is too low and the guide column is not well lubricated. The feeding configuration is hindered, the press is very equal, and the city causes damage to the mold. If the foreign matter enters the mold, the overlap of the parts, the waste is closed, and other environments are not treated in time, continuous processing and production, it is easy to destroy the blanking plate, punch, lower template and guide column of the mold.
1.2 card model
In the stamping process, once the mold clamping is not maneuvered, and even the card is dead, it is necessary to stop the production immediately, find out the reason for the card mold, and remove the obstacle. Otherwise, it will enlarge the obstacle and cause the mold to break.
The reason for the tension of the card mold is that the mold is poorly guided and tilted. Or there is a foreign object between the templates, so that the template can not be flat; the mold strength planning is not enough or the force is uneven. The deformation of the mold is caused, the hardness and thickness of the square mold base and the template are too small, and it is easy to be deformed by external force; the position of the mold is not fixed, and the positioning error of the upper and lower molds is super. Or the accuracy of the press is too poor, so that the mold produces interference interference; the strength of the punch is not enough, and the size of the punch is too close, so that the lateral force of the mold does not succumb. At this time, the punch strength should be increased to enhance the guiding cover of the discharge plate.
1.3 mold damage and repair
The cost of stamping production is high. Usually the mold cost is 1/5-1/4 of the total cost of the part. This is because, in addition to the difficulty in manufacturing the mold and the high cost. After the production is put into production, the mold patching and sharpening maintenance costs are also high, and the original cost of the mold only accounts for about 40% of the entire mold cost. Therefore, timely repair of the mold, guard against mold damage, can greatly reduce the cost of stamping production.
After the mold is destroyed, there is another problem of maintenance and scrapping. As usual. The non-natural grinding of the stamping die is ineffective, such as the destruction of non-natural parts. And the small punch is broken, the punch is shortened, the concave template is cracked, the punching edge is collapsed, etc. Most departments can decide to repair the essentials to completely restore the normal state and re-enter the stamping production. but. When the critical parts of the mold are damaged, the accidental convex and concave molds are simultaneously destroyed. The one-time repair cost is 70% higher than the original cost of the die, and the mold life is close. The meaning of maintenance is not great. At this time, we should consider scrapping the mold: except for large molds and large continuous molds. When the mold repair skills are too large, the cost of mold repair is too large, the difficulty will make the maintenance period too long, and the tension will affect the normal production of stamping.
Under normal circumstances, the stressful failure of the die is excessive wear. Re-mold manufacturing delivery. Until the burr of the punched part exceeds the standard, the size and shape accuracy of the part are too bad, and the mold can no longer be repaired or no repair cost at all, the mold can only be scrapped. Re-use the mold to the end of the scrap. As usual, it is necessary to repair and sharpen many times.
