We have 27 carrier tape forming machines, supporting production of carrier tapes with widths ranging from 8 mm to 102 mm. The forming speed can reach 300 meters per hour, and the maximum forming depth is 29 mm. We are implementing unmanned workshops. Reel forming machines are equipped with fully automatic manipulators, and carrier tape forming machines adopt CCD detectors to inspect the appearance and dimensions of carrier tapes online. We provide full-range services including product design, mold development and manufacturing. We own 4 fully automatic blister production lines with a total capacity of over 20Kpcs per day.
